  • Our eco mailers are 100% home-compostable, so no landfill guilt here! 🌱 Simply:

    1️⃣ Remove any labels or tape (unless they're compostable too).
    2️⃣ Cut or tear into smaller pieces for faster breakdown.
    3️⃣ Toss into your home compost bin or green waste (check local council rules).

    In 3-6 months, your mailer will break down into nutrient-rich soil—just like nature intended! ♻️ 🌿

  • You bet! Orders over $99 ship for free - so go ahead and fill your cart to help your wardrobe bloom 🚚

  • We aim to dispatch your order faster than weeds grow! Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • We want you to love your Green Thumb Threads gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

    ✅ If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you’re eligible for a return or exchange. Just email us at greenthumbthreadsstore@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

    🚫 We don’t offer returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection, so be sure to check our size guide before ordering!

    Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

  • We source our shirts from AS Colour (because we love them! ❤️) and have them printed in sunny Queensland. Every design is dreamed up, packaged, and given a whole lot of love right here at our HQ in Perth, WA.

  • Yes! Once we plant your order with our shipping partner, you’ll receive tracking info to keep an eye on its journey.

  • To keep your Green Thumb Threads looking fresh and thriving for seasons to come, follow these care instructions:

    🧼 Machine wash cold with like colours
    🚫 Do not bleach (your plants wouldn’t like it, and neither does your shirt!)
    🔥 Do not tumble dry – air is your best friend
    🚫 Do not dry clean (let’s keep it simple)
    🌞 Line dry in shade to keep those colors looking crisp

  • Our merch is high-quality, mid-weight fabric (180 GSM, 28-singles) for the perfect balance of comfort and durability. We use 100% combed cotton for that soft, breathable feel.

  • They're some of my best mates who were forced (very) lovingly to be in a photoshoot. I know they're super cute, but no - you cannot have them. They're mine.
